2 charged in Murray after KSP receives complaint of possible non-compliant sex offender

2 charged in Murray after KSP receives complaint of possible non-compliant sex offender

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) - On April 3, Kentucky State Police received a complaint of a possible non-compliant sex offender living on Diuguid Drive in Murray.

Troopers, along with KY Probation and Parole Officers, checked the home on Diuguid Drive and found Billy Houk, 36, and Amanda Brochin, 32.

Police say during an investigation, it was determined the Houk had been living at the home for over two months without registering the address and was also in violation of other sex offender regulations. It was also determined that Houk and Brochin had provided Kentucky State Police with false information about Houk’s residency during a previous compliance check about two months before.

Brochin was charged with harboring a non-compliant sex offender registrant first offense.
