Calloway Co. Sheriff's Office searching for man possibly involved in stabbing | Crime
CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - The Calloway County Sheriff's Office responded February 14 to the Murray Calloway County Hospital Emergency Room to a report of a man stabbed in a fight.
The man was identified as James T. Nance, 42 from Murray.
According to officers, the investigation revealed that Nance and Christopher B. Burkeen, 32 from Almo, Ky., were at a home on Bethel Road when they got into a fight.
It is alleged that Burkeen stabbed Nance with a knife multiple times during the altercation. Nance was admitted to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The Calloway County Sheriff's Office is currently looking for Burkeen in reference to the assault. The investigation is ongoing.
