Spring brush pick-up scheduled for Murray

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) - The annual spring brush pick-up has been scheduled for the city of Murray.

Property owners should have their brush piles ready by the dates listed for the section they live in. Actual dates may vary depending on the amount of brush in each section. See the map of sections here.

The following is the schedule pick up:

South of Main (West to East)

Section I- April 4
Section II- April 11
Section III- April 18

North of Main (East to West)

Section IV- April 25
Section V- May 2

Check a map of sections completed and sections currently being worked to see where you are.

This pick-up is for brush only and anything other than tree or shrub debris will not be picked up. All trimmings must be stacked in piles. The cuttings can be no more that six feet in length or six inches in diameter.
