Live streaming MSU athletics fall lineup

Live streaming MSU athletics fall lineup

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) - Murray State Athletics will be offering several home events that will be streamed live on during the 2011-2012 school year.

The lineup for streamed events includes all home games for MSU football, soccer and volleyball, as well as men's and women's basketball.

Through the live streaming, broadcast of MSU soccer are free and games for football, volleyball and basketball require a paid subscription. Fans can go to OVCSports.com and go to the streaming page located in the upper right corner of the main page or through the front page of GoRacers.com.

Here is a schedule of streaming games:

  • Sept. 9 - Indiana State, home, 3 p.m., soccer
  • Sept. 17 - Tennessee State, home, 6 p.m., football
  • Sept. 23 - UT Martin, home, 3 p.m., soccer

KFVS12 WebCast announces 5th season fall schedule

(KFVS) - The Southeast Health WebCast on KFVS12 has announced its fifth season fall schedule that starts Friday, August 26 with the Gateway Tech vs. Sikeston high school football game live from Sikeston High School.

The new fall schedule runs through November and will include several Southeast Redhawk sports, parades and a high school football game of the week series.

“Each week we’ll feature a high school match-up that we think will be a top game of the week,” said Mike Wunderlich, Director of Operations and Executive Producer of the WebCasts.

CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - Calloway County will be playing Caldwell County on Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Murray will be playing Lake County, Tenn. also at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Murray State hires new assistant soccer coach

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) - Murray State head soccer coach Beth Acreman announced Tuesday they have hired a new assistant coach.

Claire Ward served the previous three seasons as a graduate assistant coach with the Raiders.

“I’m very excited to continue to work with the MSU program,” said Ward. “I’ve learned so much over the years from Coach Acreman and I’m looking forward to the coming season.”

Acreman said Ward's experience as a player gives her the unique perspective on the game and she has the ability to teach it.
